Industrial Grade Eva Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, a colorless liquid with a pungent odor, is rarely used in its pure form. Vinyl acetate monomers (VAM) are essential building blocks for a large number of water-based polymers. Vinyl acetate is prepared from ethylene by reacting it with oxygen and acetic acid over a palladium catalyst. Vinyl acetate or vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) is primarily used as a monomer in the production of other chemicals used in various industrial and consumer product applications.

Vinyl acetate Monomer/VAM is an organic chemical raw material, which is one of the 50 chemical products with the largest output in the world. Vinyl acetate Monomer is mainly used in the production of poly (VA), vinyl acetate ~ vinyl chloride copolymer (EVC), acetal resin derivatives. These derivatives can be used in a wide range of applications, such as adhesives, paper or fabric adhesives, processing, fiber processing, emulsifiers, water-soluble membranes, soil amendments, etc.
1. mainly used in the production of polyethylene enzyme and its derivatives. Therefore, vinyl acetate is often not treated after polymerization, and is directly used as the raw material of polyethylene enzyme.

 

2. vinyl acetate solution, emulsion and its molten state can be used as paper, cloth, wood, leather and other adhesives.

 

3. vinyl acetate can be used as varnish, coating, film elasticity and good luster.

 

4. Adding vinyl acetate to cement can increase the tensile strength and wear resistance of cement.

 

5. vinyl acetate with plasticizer can be made of artificial leather.
