Product Description
Acrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl ester is an organic compound with the molecular formula C5H8O3. It is a colorless liquid. It is soluble in common organic solvents and miscible with water. Its copolymers can be used as fiber treatment agents, thermosetting coatings, adhesives with high bonding strength, heat-resistant and oil-resistant rubbers (such as acrylic copolymer rubbers), paper processing agents, and lubricating oil additives. The copolymer with acrylamide can be used as a thickener, the copolymer with vinyl ether can be used as a substitute for floor wax, and the copolymer with divinylbenzene can be used as an ion exchange resin, etc.
