Ethyl methyl acrylate uses
1.Methyl acrylate is a monomer for synthesizing polymers, mainly used as a second monomer
for acrylic fibers, and is widely used in coatings, adhesives, and other industries with copolymers
of styrene, vinyl acetate, etc.
2.Methyl acrylate is mainly used for warp sizing of polyester/cotton, polyester/nitrile and other
blended fabrics.
3.Methyl acrylate is an intermediate in organic synthesis and a monomer for synthetic polymers.
Copolymer rubber synthesized from methyl acrylate has good high-temperature and oil resistance
properties. Copolymerization with acrylonitrile can alter the spinnability, plastic resistance, and dyeing
properties of polyacrylonitrile fibers. Copolymerization with methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, or
styrene is a high-performance coating and floor polish. In addition, it has increasingly wide applications
in industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, leather processing, papermaking, adhesive
manufacturing, and paint.
4.Methyl acrylate is used for resin synthesis, formulation of plastic coatings, processing of leather,
textiles, and paper, and also as an adhesive.
