TCPP is a kind of flame retardant containing chlorine and phosphorus, which is mainly used in polyurethane foam materials.
TCPP - (Tris (1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate)  
TCPP is used in rigid polyurethane foam and furniture foam, textiles, leather, electronics and building construction laminates as an additive flame retardant.
