Tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate(TCEP) is mainly used for polyurethane rigid foam flame retardant and petroleum additives, but also for soft polyurethane flame retardant filler. Also widely used in cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose ethylene, phenolic resin, etc., in addition to products with self-extinguishing, but also has improved water resistance, cold resistance, antistatic,and soft.

Application

1. Used as additive type halogenated phosphate ester flame retardant and plasticizer, commonly used in flame retardant paints with nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate as substrates, unsaturated polyesters, polyurethanes, acrylates, phenolic resins, etc. It can be used as a soft plasticized flame retardant for PVC.

 

2. TCEP has excellent flame retartance, cold resistance and UV resistance.

 

3. This product is widely used in chemical and blended fabrics and cellulose acetate as fire retardant.
